Zoloft and Weight Watchers
Well… I don’t know if the zoloft is what helped me do so good or if really making my mind up. I mean that my mind has always wanted to loose weight and i would try very hard to only find myself mess up agian and agian. Last week when I went to the Dr. and had my little brake down and she suggested Zoloft , i was up for anything. Well, i think it is what my body really needed. Sure I had to fight off a few nights of wanting to over eat , i just sipped sugar free hot coco to help with the wanting to eat.
The whole reason for this blog is to say thanks to all of you for all the kind words to my last blog and to let you all know that I weighed in today and I lost 9 pounds. I’m so happy!!!!!
High five to you keep it up, maybe the medication is a little bit of something to get those happy endorphines flowing, and keep your spirits up, (hug)
