OUCH
As to my post yesterday..Thanks for you ladies who responded. I did eat protien about 1 hour before class. I honestly think I just over did it.The reason being is….. I can barely walk today! Oh my goodness, my calves hurt so bad. I guess you use different muscles then you do for kickboxing! I know , No pain- No gain. It is a hurt feel good thing. The only thing is it hurt so bad I skipped class today.Tomorrow is Zumba, alot easier. I think I have to work my way into the step aerobics.One class at a time. At least I am having fun along the way. You all keep positive and have a good day!
I know how you feel after a workout Dawn. I came back to the Y after two weeks of vacation and not doing lunges and squats and that’s what my trainer had me do right off the bat. The next day…ouch! I can sympathize with you. The soreness will go away…sometimes it helps to just walk for 30 minutes the next day.
