~Step Aerobics~

Hey Buddies! I did it, i went to the gym and I did step aerobics. I think that is how you spell it. LOL Any ways, There was about 12 ladies and I was the biggest one in the class but I did pretty good. I told the instructor before class that I haven’t done step since I was in high school, which was over 20 yrs ago. Oh my goodness, I loved it!! I’m so glad that I went but I do have to say that after class I got very light headed and shaky and felt kind of queezy.The instructor gave my a lil Mountain Dew and imagine that, I felt better.She said if it happens again I need to go to the Dr. I think I just pushed myself to hard.

  That doesn’t mean I’m not going back cuz I am! In fact there is some kind of class going on tomorrow, I’m gonna go give it a try. It feels good to be moving again!

    take it easy girl! Listen to your body…there is a reason you had funny feelings!

    Great job in trying something new. Chrisie is right, did you eat before working out? I try to have some carb about 1 to 2 hrs before class. Ease into it and you’ll be mastering it in no time.
