My Doctor visit today
Soooo……. I was in the room waiting for the Dr. to come in and when she did she entered saying….Well Hello skinny! Boy did that make me smile.I know that I’m not skinny but it sure made me feel good. i went to get refills on my allergy meds and when they weighed me I have lost 8 pounds since my last visit. She was so proud of me.She kept saying she knew I could do this and she was so encouraging. Months ago I was in the office crying about working hard to loose weight and nothing happening cuz my ankles were so swollen and my feet hurt so bad so she knows just what this means to me. Funny thing is all the swelling and pain in my ankles and feet were hives… to bad I had every heart test and kindney panel and autoamunne test ran, just to find out it was a form of hives. two little pills took care of it. Now I have lots of bills from all the test but hey, the good thing is I know that I have a healthy heart. My heart Dr told me I was the heathest big girl he has ever seen, I just need to cut my calories in half. any ways just wanted to share my good news. Everyone have a good week.Blessings to all..
