Kick Boxing and measurments~*~

I went to my 2nd kick boxing class and only 3 out of 40 something showed up.Thank God our instuctor still had class. I think cuz there was more room from having less people she worked us a little harder, which is fine with me. I was soaked by the time class was over. They took our measurements and weighed us. and they will measure us agian june 9th.So ….I’m gonna give my measurements so It will help me be more accountable.Soo here goes

fore-arms- 9 1/2

Neck-16 1/2

Chest-47 1/2

Waist-46

Hips-53 1/2

Thieghs- 28Calves- 19 1/2

Body Fat%-46.4

Weight- 242.6

I’ve been doing good with my eating too so lets see what the next measurements will be…I’m so excited. I love this!!! 

~Kick Boxing anyone?~

Well I signed up for a 12 week kick boxing challenge. The first day we weighed in , got measured and they took your body fat. I got  my own boxing gloves and a t-shirt. The challenge is 20.00 a week and they offer 3 days of kick boxing and 3 days of strength training. After the 12 weeks they remeasure everything and whoever loses the most gets a 1000.00 gift cert. to a spa. Yes, I said 1000.00!

  Ok…yesturday was my first class , and I think I did pretty good. I was very anxious at first but i just jumped in and gave it my all. I joined a week late so really didn’t get anything  or moves showed to me. So here I am a girl,a big girl with two left feet kicking and punching. when they were going one way I was going another but I kept on going. It was a ruff and hard work out but I did it!!!And it felt great!!!!

 I can’t wait to go again. Oh, did i tell you all? I am the biggest girl in the class.The good thing about that is , I have more fat to loose so I have more of a chance of winning!Tomorrow is my next class , I will keep you posted. If you’ve never tried it —I suggest that you should.

Self Control

Happy Memorial Day to all…. I am very impressed with my self today. There was alot of food and I kept control of my eating.  I didn’t do any exersize but  I start the kick boxing challenge tomorrow. I think it will be tuff but I’m gonna give it my best shot.

I have to pay 20 dollars a week.3 days thery offer kick boxing and the other 3 days they offer strength training.The challenge is 4 weeks.They don’t make you go everyday it is your choice but whoever looses the most bodyfat and inches wins a 1000.00 gift certificate at a spa.
